what can I use to fix an object into a hole when I only have access to one side?

hole in one
dr4e asked:

I have a small plastic piece that needs to be held in a small hole in a metal piece. I can’t use screws or anything that requires access to both sides of the hole. So the object that holds it in place must be able to fit into the hole and then latch on to the inside wall. any ideas?
