One wisdom tooth extraction hole is very sore and tender compared to the others. Is it infected?

I’m been irrigating every day on my dentist’s orders, but one hole is much more sensitive than the other three. Is this a problem and how can I fix it?

      For the dentist good luck.
      For the others there was more trauma involved in the dentist good luck.
      For the others there was more trauma involved in the extraction and this is sorer than the dentist good luck.

      I had mine removed a week again (3 cut and one pulled) and they holes are still sore on and off. I think it’s normal, keep taking your meds or get some tylenol. But if you think it could be something else it wouldn’t hurt to call your dentist to be sure.

      My holes is sore than the office.
