		<description>If it is a round hole, use a stiff wire or nail or knitting needle and push fairly hard.  That will unlock it.  !

		<description>The ones I've used are simply  push straight in the little hole, maybe yours you need a little screwdriver and turn or you need something that is stiffer to push with, or it is broken or corroded.  Try some WD 40.</description>
