golf lessons/ clinic in carmel indiana?

i live in Carmel, Indiana and i love to play golf. I want to take lessons or a class during the school year to keep with it. I would like something that was once or twice a week. I don’t really want it to be teaching (i already know how to play) but something where we play and someone watches to make sure we are doing everything rite. I am 13 years old and i would like this class to be within about 10 miles of my house. any ideas of where i should try?
