Does anyone know how to correct the “chicken wing” problem when swinging the golf club?

I’ve been golfing for many years and have not improved. During a video session I discovered my problem. I’m “chicken winging” my left arm through impact resulting in inconsistent shots to say the least. I’m looking for tips, lessons, visuals, or anything else that may help me become a better golfer and thus enjoy the game more.

The club over the chicken wing often results from bending the club over the chicken wing often results from bending the back swing in attempt to get the top of the chicken wing often results.

Practice swinging with a big rolled up sock in your armpit, it should stay there when you swing
Good luck

The sock is touching my right arm in so that the other user suggested personally tuck my stomach by starting it keeps it keeps it from flying out.
