golf lessons
Golpher2 asked:

In the 20’s and 30’s (I believe) teaching pro’s - the golf professional that worked at clubs teaching lessons, etc. Were more often than not alcoholics, loved to gamble and had a tendency to ‘fraternize’ with the members’ wives…..to the point where they became banned from any contact with the club’s women and could not even enter the clubhouses in some situations. Are there any books or articles that can confirm this? Searching for source material and would appreciate the help. Thanks for the assistance!
