Peter K asked: I am a 5-10 Handicap and play often, a problem I have is that I hit it very high with my irons and wedges. This problem does not apply to my driver or woods. With my irons, I already put the ball back in my stance, I use a 3/4 swing, I swing it softer instead of killing it and I shift my weight forward properly but I still hit it high. I know the wedges short irons are supposed to go high but when I go to the driving range, I hit it a lot higher compared to other people with their irons and wedges. As some of you may know, hitting it too high may be very devastating and kill distance especially if the wind is against you. I have no problem with ball contact and I already hit it straight. Could my problem be because of shaft, club, my height or something else? I am 5′7 and I use Nike Slingshots, Stiff Flex and the clubs are standard length. If not what other things can I do to hit it lower. I would like an answer that could be a solution before I go spend money on a lesson with a PGA Pro
